InBody Testing

Accurately Measure Your Body Composition

When it comes to fitness, the scale doesn’t tell you the whole story. Your body is made up of muscle, fat and water. So, losing weight is not the same as losing fat. Likewise, gaining weight may not be fat. Our InBody 270 Body Composition Report provides extensive data relevant to body composition that can be used to efficiently lose fat, dial in your nutrition, identify muscle deficiencies and more.

Take Control of Your Health

The InBody 270 accurately measures your body composition in less than 15 seconds and prints out a results sheet which lists out your body composition components, tracking your progress over time. This device shows you key components of your health like your:

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass

  • Percent Body Fat

  • Body Fat Mass

  • Basal Metabolic Rate and more!

Take your InBody Test every 2 to 4 weeks to continuously monitor and improve your weight loss and measure your muscle mass changes. You will receive a consultation with every InBody 270 Test.

FAQs

Why get tested?

Your body fat percentage is a value that tells you how much of your body weight is made up of fat. In terms of your overall health, your body fat percentage can be one of the most useful numbers available to you, even more so than your scale weight and much more so than your Body Mass Index (BMI). For athletes who strength train and focus on building their conditioning, they inevitably lose body fat, but gain muscle and then get frustrated that their weight isn't dropping despite the workouts.

The InBody Body Composition Measurement eliminates the guesswork and shows you how your body composition is changing over time in a scientific manner.

How do I prepare for my Inbody Body Composition Measurement?

Here are some important guidelines users should or should not do before a test:

* Use the bathroom

* Maintain the same testing conditions as your first test

* Use a wipe to wipe down electrodes

* Avoid eating or wait two hours after a meal

Avoid testing if before the test, you:

* Exercised strenuously

* Used a sauna, steam room, or bath

* Consumed diuretics such as caffeine, alcohol, and medication

* Have a fever, cold, or chill
